FinWizard respects everyone’s right to privacy. We value our relationship with you and pride ourselves on mutual loyalty and respect with each client. These terms apply to both former and current clients. We ask that you review the following information.

Key provisions

  • This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the package of publicly declared documents on the basis of which FinWizard (hereinafter referred to as the Company) provides services to its Customers.
  • By choosing the Company’s services, the Customer agrees in full to all the terms and conditions of all publicly declared documents. The same applies to the entire period during which the Client interacts with the Company in any way, including trading or investment operations, the use of information materials of any kind, payments or money transfers (transfers), and so on. If the Client does not agree with any provisions of the Company’s publicly declared documents, they must immediately cease any interaction with the Company. If the Client considers the provisions described in this Policy to be unacceptable for any reason, they must immediately refuse to interact with the Company, including the execution of financial transactions through the Company.
  • One of the Company’s top priorities is its relationship with its Clients. The Company maintains loyalty and respect for each Client individually, providing the Company’s Clients with a guarantee of complete security and confidentiality.

Personal information

  • When opening and maintaining any accounts with the Company, whether live or demo, the Company collects and processes various information about the client. The purpose of this procedure is to most effectively assess the Client’s financial needs, process the Client’s requests and transactions, inform the Client about products and services that may be of interest to them, and provide high-quality and effective customer service. Such information may be of the following types:
  • Operational information – information about transactions made by the Client, as well as information about communications (bilateral or unilateral) between the Client and the Company or between the Client and Parties Related to the Company. For example: account balances, trading (investment) activities, requests, inquiries, orders, Client demands and the Company’s responses to them, including the texts of letters or log files of negotiations via instant messaging systems.

Related parties are individuals or legal entities that provide assistance to the Company and/or Partner in relation to the provision of services by the Company, as previously agreed with the Company.

  • Subscription information – information presented in the form of signals, notifications, news categories, and price subscriptions.
  • The above list is not exhaustive. The Company reserves the right to request other information from the Client if such a requirement is dictated by the provisions of applicable law.

About cookies

Cookies are small files containing information that a web server (website) uses to track its visitors. The Company may install and access cookies on the Client’s computer, thereby collecting information about which advertisements and resources attract (direct) users to the Company’s web server (website). The Company (or any of its divisions) may use cookies to assess the Customer’s interest in its products and services and to track the Customer’s activity on the Company’s web server (website). The information collected by the Company and provided to its Affiliates is anonymous and not associated with any specific Customer.

Security Technologies

The Company uses secure connection technology (SSL) to protect the information provided to the Company by its Clients. This technology protects information from possible interception by third parties during transmission via communication channels (in both directions). The Company constantly works to ensure the security of its web servers (sites) and their compliance with industry standards for the Company’s Clients. The Company also uses other means, such as firewalls, authorization systems (e.g., passwords and personal identification numbers), and access control mechanisms to track any attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems and data.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select data protection technologies and mechanisms and to cooperate in this matter with counterparties that it considers reliable.

Disclosure of information to related parties of the Company

The Company may disclose or exchange personal information about the Company’s Clients, as specified above in this Privacy Policy, with its Related Parties for business purposes, such as servicing client accounts and informing Clients about new products and services. All actions are carried out by the Company in strict compliance with applicable law.

Disclosure of information to third parties

The company may also disclose the Client’s personal information to third parties at the Client’s request in order to carry out the Client’s instructions (orders, requirements). The Company also notifies Clients that under no circumstances does it sell, transfer for temporary use and use on a paid basis, distribute, reproduce, or publicize the Client’s personal information.

Disclosure of information to regulatory authorities

In exceptional cases, the Company may provide the Client’s Personal (private) information to third parties if required by applicable law. The Company may disclose the Client’s personal information to law enforcement and other regulatory authorities in compliance with court orders or in response to other official requests, as well as when necessary to protect the rights or legitimate interests of the Company itself.

Refusal to provide information

The Client has the right to refuse to provide the Company with personal (private) information about himself. However, the Company warns that such refusal may result in the Company’s inability to provide high-quality and comprehensive services for opening and maintaining a client account and to provide the Client with other types of services in full.

Since the Company makes every effort to provide its Clients with services based on the most accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about its Clients, the Client can significantly assist the Company in this regard by promptly notifying the Company of any changes in their personal information.

Changes and additions

The Company reserves the right to make changes and additions to this Privacy Policy. In particular, if a legal provision arises that requires the introduction of a corresponding change or addition.
